What would you accept for payment apart from money?Gold. What do you consider your greatest achievement? That's easy. Conception. If you could time travel, where would you go?I'm not interested in going back. I'd like to go forward to my 90th birthday - have a chat with me, get some advice. What question would you most like an answer to?Who puts the rainbow in the sky? Who lights the stars at night? (From Declan O'Rourke's song Galileo.)What's your favourite game?Halo 3 on X Box 360. I play it every, and any, moment I can get.Favourite book?Roddy Doyle's The Commitments. Has it all over the movie. Dublin humour. Recommend it to anyone. What skill should you have learnt?Carpentry, working with wood, handyman stuff. I'm hopeless when it comes to anything that needs the left side of the brain.Do you need much sleep?A lot. Eight hours, minimum. When was the last time you wrote a letter?August 2005. Very dramatic and very emotional. I'll leave it there. What is your most treasured possession? In Australia, my friends. In Ireland, my family.Property aside, what's the most expensive thing you have bought?A laptop a few years ago. I don't have treasured material possessions. I don't buy cars and such. Maybe next year. What is the worst job you have ever done?Telemarketing. I hated it! Selling space on crap magazines to people who didn't need it. Never again. What is the most important lesson life has taught you? There's always a bigger fish. I think it helped me get this role (of Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys). When I walked out to do my audition I saw this panel of top people in the business, people I had to impress. Then I thought: no matter how big they are, there's someone they want to impress. That helped settle me.When was the last time you drank too much?On the Sunday night after our fourth preview performance. Way, way too much. But it was great! How would you like to be remembered? As the first person to Irish dance on the moon. When were you happiest ?I believe happiness is a choice. I'm happy most of the time - but never more than when I got this gig.Bobby Fox plays Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys, which opens tonight, Princess Theatre, city, 1300 795 012, ticketek.com.au.
